Supplier Code of Conduct
Botta Services LLC, doing business as Botta Coffee, expects suppliers and operating partners to meet clear standards for lawful, safe, and responsible work. By selling to us, packing for us, or otherwise performing work for Botta Coffee, you agree to this Code.

Acceptance
This Code is part of the commercial relationship. A material breach may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination, in addition to any contract remedy. We may request information reasonably needed to assess compliance.
Lawful business
- Follow applicable labor, trade, food safety, environmental, and anti corruption laws
- Maintain accurate records and provide truthful information
- Avoid conflicts of interest and improper payments
People and work
- No forced labor, trafficking, or unlawful child labor
- No harassment, abuse, or unlawful discrimination
- Lawful wages, working time, and freedom of association
- Safe facilities, equipment, training, and emergency procedures
Product integrity
- Protect coffee and packaging from contamination or substitution
- Maintain traceability and required food safety records
- Disclose material sourcing, quality, or compliance problems promptly
Environment
Partners should manage waste, water, energy, chemicals, and emissions responsibly and comply with applicable environmental requirements.
Reporting and review
Botta Coffee may request information reasonably needed to assess compliance. A serious or unresolved violation may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of the relationship.
